Description:

SS 316 Slot 40 Johnson Type Wedge Wire Backwash Filter Tube for filter cartridge is composed of V-shaped profile wires and longitudinal support rods, so that the adjacent wires are formed into a tube body with a fixed value groove. The custom grooves are CNC machined to ensure uniform gaps, and each intersection of these wires is fusion welded, giving it a solid structure and good mechanical properties. The opening of the tank is V-shaped, the internal opening is small, and the external opening is large. The filter will not miss impurities from the inside to the outside, and it can be backwashed from the outside to the inside to avoid clogging and prolong the service time of the screen filter element.
